A New Year, A New Promise

Welcome to 2019. What are you going to do this year? I’m not a big fan of New Year’s Resolutions because for me and many who have tried them – they mostly fail. I have started something similar, however, with a different foundation. It is a New Year’s promise of one big, meaningful change.

2018 was to get healthy. Starting January 1, 2018, I completely changed the way I eat (diets have never worked for me) and I’ve not wavered. I’m no Tom Brady, but I found a mix of foods that work for me and have eliminated the rest.

This year my promise is to become more productive. For me, with the consulting work, copywriting, speaking engagements, podcasts, endless emails, teaching at a university, employees, family, friends and more it is always a struggle to balance. I bet you feel the same way about everything you are juggling. My clients/audience/students count on my work being extraordinary – all the time. My family/ friends/staff count on me being present and engaged.

In order to improve at the most important things, I feel the path is to become more productive, organized and committed to priorities. My belief is that there IS enough time in the day. January 1, 2019 is the beginning of this journey of being more intentionally productive by following the Bullet Journal method. It’s a promise.

Please email me with yours. I look forward to being inspired by you. Here’s to 2019!
